Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel or reschedule, you must do so no later than 24 hours before the session. We operate a strict 24 hours cancellation policy and respectfully request that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you do so by going to your account, your bookings and press cancel or reschedule. Please note that if you try to cancel or reschedule nearer the time and within the 24 hours window, the system will not allow you to do so. All cancellations closer to the time of the session, will render the booking non refundable and non transferable. 2. Please note that you should aim to arrive to your class 2-3 min earlier and wait for the teacher to open for you if the building is locked. Due to the nature of the workout, it is important that you arrive for your session on time and do not miss the warm up. For the reasons of safety and to respect the class participants, if you are running more than 3 min late for your class, you will not be allowed in the session and you will lose your money. 3. Please note that you must attend a class that is suitable for your level. If you are new to the Reformer Pilates or at a beginners level, you will not be allowed to participate in an Intermediate or Mixed ability level class. If you are a beginner or new to the Reformer Pilates and you attend a Mixed ability or an Intermediate class, the teacher will ask you to leave and you will not be refunded. You must book a class that is appropriate for your level and experience or otherwise you will not be allowed to attend and you will lose your money. This condition is created for your own safety and benefit and for the benefit of everyone else in the class.
