Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms

This website is owned and operated by WIX platform by Infinity Pilates Ltd. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information and services of Infinity Pilates studio, bookings, pricing information, possibility to make the payment online and Blog section. By accessing or using the website of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services.

Payment for products and services:

All Credit/Debit Cards will be processed in Great British Pounds at the time of payment. Infinity Pilates Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy:

Individual Classes – We operate a strict 12 hour Cancellation Policy. Any bookings cancelled by email, or online within the 12 hours will result in a loss of credit. Any bookings cancelled outside of the 12 hours will have the credit automatically returned – cancellations made online or via the Mindbody app outside of the 12 hours will also have the credit returned automatically.

Extensions on Block sessions or Promotional Payments:

No refund policy for block payments.

Once you have paid for a block of sessions, you cannot get the refund for any payments you’ve already made.

Extensions are not offered on any promotional packs or block sessions and the validity periods are fixed.

Should there be any extraordinary reason as to why you would need an extension please email us and we shall make a decision as to wether discretionary extension could be granted.

Collection of Information: 

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Distribution of Information:

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

The following terms and conditions will apply if you have a Free Trial period offer:

From time to time, we may offer free trial offers. The free trial will last for a period of offered time. After the free trial period, regular price for the service will be charged.

All customers signing up for the free trial will be required to submit card details as part of the process, to allow automatic payments once the free trial finishes.

Customers not wishing to continue the offered service once the free trial ends must cancel their subscription using their account options located in the members menu within the offered period of time.

Cancellation or reschedule of the single sessions bookings:

We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, requiring for schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice before the class starts, otherwise you will be not entitled of refund.

 

Promotional emails and content:

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don’t want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please just notify us at any time.

Cancellation of your account:

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

Who can use your website; what are the requirements to create an account:

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at leas 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. However you will never be charged with some changes without mentioning in advance and your own consideration to accept them.

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
