Semi-Private Pilates Session
A tailored Pilates session for two people - ideal for training with a friend, partner or family member. Sessions can be on the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, or a combination of equipment, with individual guidance and corrections for each person.

All private sessions start with a coversation.
Private sessions aren't booked through the online timetable - they're arranged directly with Ceci by phone or email. This lets us understand what you need before we schedule anything, so your very first session is already tailored to you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first private session
Your first session begins with a conversation - about your posture, any areas of weakness or discomfort, your fitness history and what you want to achieve. If you'd like, your instructor will also carry out a postural assessment.

From there, your programme is built around what your body actually needs - not a generic plan. Sessions are designed to challenge you appropriately, help you understand the principles behind what you're doing, and build the kind of strength and control that carries over into everyday life.

All private and semi-private sessions must be booked in advance. Please cancel with more than 24 hours notice - late cancellations will be charged at the full rate.
RECOVERING FROM INJURY?
We also offer specialist Rehabilitation sessions.
If you're working through an injury, managing a chronic condition or recovering from surgery - Rehabilitation Pilates is a separate, specialist service. Sessions are designed specifically for your situation, at your pace, with a programme built entirely around your recovery.
