Mat Pilates
1:1 and 2:1 only
The studio offers a versatile range of small equipment which can be used during the private and semiprivate mat sessions.
Our mat Pilates classes offer the opportunity for the participants to work with or without small props to either aid or challenge their performance.
to book a private or semiprivate session, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Please note that due to the limited number of places in our studio, we do not offer a refund for sessions cancelled less than 12 hours before the session.
Please make sure that if you need to cancel your session you need to do so more than 12 hours in advance so that the place can be offered to another person. Sessions cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will not be refunded and will be charged at the full rate.
Reformer Pilates
Private, semi-private and group sessions
All private and semiprivate sessions must be booked in advance to ensure slots and teacher’s availability. These can be booked via telephone or email. Please make sure you book in advance to ensure tutor’s availability.

When you book a private or semiprivate session, you will have the option to discuss your needs and goals with our Pilates instructor. If you wish, you may also have your posture assessed by one of our teachers, who will then recommend a range of exercises which will aim to address any areas of weakness or imbalances. Your teacher will guide you through the specific program designed for your body needs and help you to perform the exercises in a safe and efficient manner applying the basic principles of Pilates.

Studio Hire
The studio equipment features 5 reformers, 1 cadillac, 1 ladder barrel, 1 stability chair, 2 arc barrels and 1 spine corrector. If you are an insured and qualified Pilates or Yoga instructor, you can hire our studio for group, private and semi-private sessions. You and your clients will have full access to our small props and studio equipment. Our studio is conveniently situated on the High road, within a very short walking distance of Wood Green tube station.

To book, please contact us via email. Please note that a proof that you are a qualified professional with a valid insurance certificate must be sent via email to info@infinitypilatesstudio.com.
All Bookings must be paid for in advance. Cancellations are subject to 24 hours notice.
